Itinerancy on Our Doorstep: Substance Use, Marginalization, and Community Response

Professor Flores will explore the painful realities and the complex circumstances of people experiencing homelessness, substance abuse and distress on our streets. He will also give us insight into some of the practical initiatives offering support and care in Montreal.
