Will you seek and serve Christ in all persons, loving your neighbour as yourself?
Will you strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being?
Will you strive to safeguard the integrity of God’s creation, and respect, sustain, and renew the life of the Earth?

These questions make up three of the six promises that members of the Anglican Church of Canada make when they are baptized. Christian life is not simply about beliefs or ideas: it is about living in a way that declares God's love for the world, a love that was revealed when God came to us in Jesus Christ.

Christ Church Cathedral strives to keep these promises through:

  the work of pastoral care,

our commitment to providing a free, safe, and warm place to rest and pray every day,

our response to homelessness in general and to the people who use our grounds as their temporary home in particular,

the activities of the Ecological and Social Justice Action Group,

our commitment to the Last Sunday of the Month Lunch.
