Meditation lies at the intersection of prayer and wellness: a simple form of resting in God and in yourself which has proven benefits in terms of mental focus, emotional stability, and physical health.
The Cathedral offers a Meditation Class from 11:30 a.m. to noon on the second Tuesday of each month, starting Tuesday, September 13th.
No experience is necessary.
We will meet in the Chapel of the Reserved Sacrament (to the left of the main altar); those who like may stay for Communion or head out to lunch together.
The class is led on a rotating basis by Ralph Leavitt, Vivian Lewin, and Deborah Meister.
