Meditation lies at the intersection of prayer and wellness: a simple form of resting in God and in yourself which has proven benefits in terms of mental focus, emotional stability, and physical health.

The Cathedral offers a Meditation Class from 11:30 a.m. to noon on the second Tuesday of each month.

No experience is necessary.

We will meet in the Chapel of the Reserved Sacrament (to the left of the main altar); those who like may stay for Communion or head out to lunch together.

The class is led on a rotating basis by Ralph Leavitt, Vivian Lewin, and Deborah Meister.
