Ellen Torrie and Leah Weitzner of Duo Caldera will explore the exquisitely beautiful music of Adriano Banchieri and his 1610 publication Vezzo di Perle Musicali or “Musical Pearls”. Caldera will interpret the sacred songs featuring two soprano voices and organ, entwined in cascading renaissance melodies like a string of pearls.
