Cooking for the good of the world : Beans with the Dean

Have you wondered about eating in a more environmentally sustainable way, but wondered where to start? Bertrand and Deborah are each offering a vegetarian cooking class, in which participants will prepare a lunch together and eat it, heading home with recipes and friendships. Cost is $5/participant. Classes run 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in Fulford Hall.
