Famous masterpieces for piano

Piano recital by Milena Trifonova

Works by Ludwig van Beethoven:
– Pathetique Sonata No.8 Op.13
– Moonlight Sonata No.14 op.27 No.2
– Appassionata Sonata No.23 op.57

This recital brings to life the great moments of classical music with three famous sonatas by Beethoven, each of which symbolizing the quintessence of his work and representing the pure embodiment of his musical genius.
Never before has a composer spoken to us so directly through his music, making us witnesses to his life – a life crowned with triumphs, but also confronted with great trials. Through the piano, his music reveals to us his strength, his exuberance, his passions, his disappointments, his inner struggles, his despair. But above all, she gives us her works for centuries to come – witnesses of what a man overflowing with both musical genius and compassion for humanity could create.

A winner of competitions and scholarships for excellence, Trifonova has a diverse career as a concert artist and piano teacher. An accomplished soloist in recitals and with orchestra, a refined chamber musician and accompanist, and a much sought-after partner, Milena Trifonova has participated in numerous concerts, tours and international festivals in Bulgaria, Europe (Italy, Germany, France, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Cyprus etc.), Japan, North Africa and Canada.
