Buying fair trade goods supports small-scale farmers and craftspeople around the world who strive to earn a fair living to provide for their children and to be gainfully employed in a job that brings dignity and joy. SJAG helps the Cathedral community make ethical purchasing choices by providing fair trade coffee for coffee hour and social events and by making fair trade goods available for purchase on a regular basis, working with Dix Mille Villages St Denis and other fair trade organizations.

Join us for the monthly Fair Trade Kiosque, every 3rd Sunday from 11:30-12:30 pm in the Cathedral. The Kiosque features a range of fair trade food such as coffee, tea, chocolate, herbs, spices, and crafts from producer groups around the world.

The Dix Mille Village Fair Trade Boutique is hosted at the Cathedral twice a year: Christmas and Summer.

Like the monthly Kiosque but so much bigger, the Boutique features seasonal fair trade artisanal products from around the world as well as opportunities to learn about and advocate for fair trade justice.
